USDA Organic
Products labeled “100% organic” means they are made with certified organic ingredients (not including salt and water).  If a products is made with at least 95% organic ingredients, it can use the word “organic”. Both “100% organic” and 95% organic products may display the USDA organic seal. Any product containing a minimum of 70% organic ingredients is allowed to be labeled “made with organic ingredients”. If a products is made with less than 70% organic ingredients, it can not advertise this information and can only refer to organic on the product’s ingredient statement.
