Our pork hocks are cut from just above the pig feet. They are great for soups, broth, and include a bit of meat. They are really used for the connective tissue, ligaments and muscle fiber which provides fat and collagen and makes a great base for meals. Try using their broth to cook rice or beans by replacing the water with broth!
Our hocks are $5/lb and most packages are just over 2 lbs. When pre-ordering we ask for an $2.50 deposit per pound, with the remainder billed when we assemble your order.
